Connecting

Working with a limited number of clients each year, Field & Sea offers a highly personal approach, taking time to understand your business, your audience, and the story you want to tell. While Jennifer Taylor Paravantes is the primary designer, she collaborates with a small, trusted team to provide strategic communications, media relations, and web development when projects require it.

Each day is different and yet the most valuable part of every project remains the same: making a difference for our clients and their customers through purposeful branding, illustration, and communications that connect. If you have any queries, we’d love to be in touch.

About Field & Sea /

Field & Sea is a boutique graphic design and illustration studio based in Kamloops, British Columbia, founded in November 2005. Led by Jennifer Taylor Paravantes, the studio specializes in print-led branding and visual storytelling, with a particular focus on fertility clinics, women’s health, and wellness organizations across Western Canada. Jennifer has led brand work for approximately half of the fertility clinics listed in British Columbia and Alberta, bringing deep sector knowledge to every project.

My heart did a flutter when I saw my new logo. I love it.

about Jennifer /

I hold a three-year diploma in Graphic Design and Illustration from Capilano University in North Vancouver, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in English Literature from Simon Fraser University (SFU). With almost 25 years of experience as a freelance graphic designer, I have collaborated on a wide range of creative projects, both independently and alongside select Vancouver-based design firms. I transitioned to full-time small business ownership after relocating my family to British Columbia’s Interior, where I continue to work with clients across Western Canada.

It’s a fresh start. I could not be more in love with my new look. She strengthened my love and passion for photography.”
